In this tutorial we will learn how to design red with lights Christmas balls wallpaper.
For the beginning create a new file (File>New) of 1280×1024 px and 72 dpi. Then choose the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to paint the new layer with the next indicated color – #320000
Then select the Pen Tool (P) to draw a wavy line
Select for the same layer Blending Options>Drop Shadow by making a mouse click on this layer on the layers’ panel:
Next step includes representing another wavy line, like it is demonstrated below. Place it under the first one. Select also for this layer the next indicated Blending Options as we did with the first line
