-  Select the layer ‘pixel copy’ and change the color to # 22211d by double clicking the layer to pop up the blending options,  and selecting the option color overlay.

- Now do the same thing for the other 2 layers.  One in # 2e2e29 and an other is # c6c0b2.

Making it 3d !

- Now select pixel copy layer and duplicate this one by dragging it to the duplicate layer icon.

- Select this layer, hold down shift and press two times down and one time left in order to move the layer around the other.

- Now change the color of this rectangular to #151513 by double click on color overlay.

This is the shading color for the 3d effect.

- Now we will close these ‘open corners’ by selecting the pen tool and draw the lines like you see on the image.
