Cover a car in golden foil in photoshop

Open Aston Martin car image in Photoshop. I’ve chosen grey color car.
Separate car image from background. Create contour using Pen Tool and Convert Point Tool.
Ctrl + Enter to create selection. Edit > Cut, Paste car image into a new layer.

Go to Image > Adjustments > Curves.
Choose RGB Channel and move Highlights point to left a little bit.
Blue Channel: move top Highlights point down.
Red Channel: move top point to left.
