Create a Face Paint Dripping Effect
Step 1 – Setting Up Background:
Create a document of size 900×660 pixels..
Open up the Dark Wood wallpaper and resize it to fit into the document.
Step 2a – Cropping out the Face:
Open up the image of a face and place it into the document as shown in the diagram.
